Design
In stage one we decide exactly what the build will look like, whats included, give time frames and agree on everything.
Confirm
Stage two we will confirm that we have all the right permits and materials to do the job and layout all the paperwork to begin.

Stage three we begin the build and meet with you regularly to ensure we are on track and work out any kinks along the way!
Complete
in the fourth and final stage we complete the project and ensure everything is satisfactory to your needs and wants and finish up everything.

YES, we allow clients to be onsite throughout the entire process to help with decisions being made on their new home or renovation.
Once the project has been awarded to Harries Construction we look after all permitting and coordination of the trades through out the project until you move into your new home or back into your home after a renovation.
-It depends on the scope and size of the project but most new homes take between 8-10 months to complete once the permit has been issued.
-Renovations can be done in as little as 1 month up to 1 year.
-Commercial depends on the size and scope.
-Yes, all new homes will come with a 2-5-10 year home warranty. Each client gets a copy of the items covered and for how long each will be covered for once the project is complete.
-Renovations come with 1 year warranty on all materials and workmanship provided for the project.
We coordinate trades for up to 4 projects at one time, this way we can provide onsite management each day to ensure quality and workmanship is at its best.
